Hello! Today I want to share with you all some of the beauty products that I've found myself reaching for the most in the last few weeks. You might recognise some of them from my "New In: Beauty & First Impressions" post but there are also a few new products in here too.
First up is the Tinted Self Tan Mist in medium/dark from Karora. This is the first mist tan I've used, before trying this product I've only ever used mousse tans and I actually find I prefer the mist for an easier application. This tan gives a gorgeous natural colour and dries very quickly after application which is a huge plus for me.
When I wear the Karora Tinted Self Tan Mist I need to use a darker foundation than my everyday shade and I've been loving this Artistry Exact Fit foundation in the shade 'Chiffon (L2C1)'. It's quite a full coverage foundation and gives a gorgeous 'glowly' finish and every time I wear it I get compliments on it.
When it comes to my make-up, once I find something I like I'll stick to it which is why I'm sure you'll recognise these W7 products. I use the Glowcomotion highlighter everyday for my highlight and also sometimes as an eyeshadow and the Absolute Lashes mascara is a must in every girls make-up bag, it's such an amazing mascara for an even better price!
I've been wearing the same shade of nail polish on my nails for the past month, I just love it so much. These Gelly Hi-Shine nail paints from Barry-M are by far my favourite and this shade is called Acai Smoothie, it's the perfect mauve/pink shade.
I picked up this Bronze Baked Shimmer in Penneys last month just to see what the pigmentation was like and it's now become my everyday bronzer. As I'm quite pale I like bronzers that have some highlight mixed through like this baked one does as it's not too heavy and gives more of a glow than a colour.
Recently I was on the hunt for a new concealer as my Revlon ColorStay one had run out and I wanted to try something new. I almost bought NYX's HD Concealer until my friend Haleigh told me that Catrice's Camouflage Concealer's were the exact same and cheaper. I'm really impressed with the coverage of Catrice's concealer and I love how creamy they are.
Speaking of NYX, their Soft Matte Lip Creams are some of my favourite lip products and I recently picked up the shade 'London' which is a lovely peachy nude and looks really gorgeous when I have more of a tan.
In terms of skincare, lately I've been loving Lush's Dark Angels cleanser. It's a charcoal based product that you add water to and mix into a paste before applying to your face and I find it's really good at giving my skin a good deep cleanse.
Hydration is my biggest concern when it comes to my skin so my two favourite skincare products recently have been Pestle & Mortar's Pure Hylauronic Serum followed by Organic Surge's Nourishing Rose Day Cream. These two products leave my skin feeling very moisturised and 'plump' if that's even a thing!
